Puresport's Ultra Electrolytes is a scientifically formulated electrolyte solution designed for athletes and active individuals who require optimal hydration during exercise. With a balanced combination of 1000mg sodium, 250mg potassium, 100mg magnesium, and 50mg calcium, this electrolyte drink replenishes essential minerals lost during sweat, helping to maintain hydration, muscle function, and endurance. The Discovery pack contains 15 sachets of Raspberry and 15 sachets of Citrus flavours

Why we made this product

Hydration is crucial for maintaining performance, particularly during intense or prolonged physical activity. Electrolytes like sodium and potassium are essential to prevent dehydration and muscle cramps, which are common issues in endurance sports. Puresport’s Ultra Electrolytes is designed to keep athletes hydrated, improve endurance, and support muscle function with a sugar-free, refreshing citrus formula.

How to take

Mix one sachet of Ultra Electrolytes with 500ml of water 30 minutes before exercise for optimal hydration. During prolonged or high-intensity activities, an additional sachet may be consumed to replace electrolytes lost through sweat. Do not exceed 2 sachets per day without consulting a medical professional.

Reviews

Great for cycling one bottle

"Great for cycling one bottle energy drink one bottle ultra electrolytes. Great combo. Small packets can even take spare sachet out with me if need it. The salts and minerals have helped me no end, no cramp, quicker recovery and less stiffness"

— Steve H. (5/5)

I use these when I

"I use these when I am training at the ice rink and they really help my body to prepare and recover. It is high humidity when you skate and I feel the benefits of faster hydration and salt replacement. I also feel less achy after off ice training so that tells me it's helping my muscle recovery too. The texture is nice in water, it barely changes, unlike some which make the liquid a bit gloopy and I like the flavours too."

— Natasha W. (5/5)

Excellent products - great tasting

"Excellent products - great tasting electrodes in 3 flavours with the right amount of sweetness and they Do what they should. Love they are made from natural Ingredients. The gels were a sample and I’ve never tried gels before but they are amazing - no after taste or issues - will definitely be purchasing more. Bonus of a sturdy, no leak water bottle too. Socks yet to be worn. Creatine not tried yet."

— Claire P. (4/5)

I have used other branded

"I have used other branded electrolyte tablets, to address hydration when working as an arborist. These other products helped to a degree, but I would still be susceptible to quite severe cramp after hard days. Since I switched to Puresport sachets, I have had no problems with cramp, so I am very happy with the performance of this product. I have the multi flavour pack, and like all the flavours."

— Iain H. (5/5)

Great tasting products at great

"Great tasting products at great value with the starter pack . Definitely feel the benefit of them taking the electrolytes after a run. The free gels also come in useful and will be looking to get more of them ordered too"

— Andrew w. (5/5)

I'm so relieved to find

"I'm so relieved to find an alternative to lmnt, without the maltodextrin escapade. My absolute favourite is watermelon salt, especially with sparkling water. My least favourite is citrus but with a squirt of stevia makes all the difference"

— Allison S. (5/5)

I absolutely love these electrolytes.

"I absolutely love these electrolytes. I am now running long distances and am taking these before and during my runs. They are so great for keeping hydrated, sharp and clear headed throughout the day. As a busy mum and teacher, I’m really feeling the benefit of taking them on non training days, too."

— Georgina B. (5/5)

Perfect

"This is the only electrolyte drink that I could stomach during my training. It worked perfectly during my grueling 100km race across the hills. While other products usually cause severe stomach cramps or nausea under intense physical exertion, this formula remained completely gentle on my digestive system. The taste was ideal—refreshing and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet or leaving a chalky aftertaste. It kept me hydrated, prevented muscle cramps, and caused absolutely no issues from the first kilometer to the very last. I highly recommend it to any endurance athlete looking for reliable, clean fueling."

— Daniel P. (5/5)

Flavour is amazing, its not

"Flavour is amazing, its not salty or sickly, its the perfect balance. When on a run or bike ride i like the flavour, i never get flavour fatigue from this product. I would recommend to everyone"

— James W. (5/5)

Love the product, including the

"Love the product, including the packaging. It both is and feels premium. Ive now developed a habit of having this daily, if not 2 a day! While you don't explicitly feel the impact, I do feel generally better and I trust the science that say that electrolytes are good for you."

— Nadhanont K. (5/5)

Q&A

Can you take every day? Even on rest days to help with energy levels/recovery?: Hey Emma! With a concentrated dose of Sodium included at 1000mg, we would typically recommend use post exercise. However, you can of course use them on rest days to support hydration and recovery ( I do so ) The decision to do so is entirely up to you, but I would recommend taking into consideration the salt intake alongside your regular rest day routine.
Do these have added Vitamin C? I can’t supplement too much Vitamin C and finding it (understandably) hard to find electrolytes that don’t have it added!: Hey Soph! Thanks for reaching out. Our electrolytes contain no added Vitamin C!
Instructions say to mix 30 minutes before exercise. Should the 500 ml also be consumed 30 minutes before exercise?: Hi Sean! So this is up to personal preference. It can be taken beforehand and then your body is drawing from those excess reserves during exercise. My preference, and to avoid consuming alot of fluids before training, is to take them during and after, to help replenish the salts lost through sweat during exercise
What is the packaging made of and is it recyclable?: Hi Esther! The packaging is a plastic laminate with a foil lining, it is fully recyclable!
