Shipping to Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey is currently £9.99. The cost of shipping to these locations from our courier partners is quite high, Puresport covers a large portion of the cost already, but we are working on improving this.

We do however offer free shipping on all subscription orders.

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee lets you try an eligible Puresport product with confidence. If it’s your first purchase of that product and it’s not right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, at least 50% of the product must be remaining and you’ll need to return the product to us. The guarantee applies to first purchases only and exclusions apply. For full details, please see our Terms & Condition page.

We ship to all countries except for Afghanistan, Andorra, Bahrain, Canada, Ecuador, Finland, Iceland, India, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, North Korea, South Korea, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa, Sweden, Singapore, Philippines and United Arab Emirates.

After your order is dispatched you will be sent tracking information. You can also check your order status using our chat on site.

We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 21 days of your order arriving. Apparel must be unused and in its original packaging with labels attached. Supplements must be unopened. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken, unless the item is faulty. If you have concerns around a product fault, either supplements or apparel, please contact our customer experience team at contact@puresport.co Please note we do not cover the cost of a return unless due to fault. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once your return has been received back at our warehouse. Currently our returns platform does not support international returns or exchanges.
