Hi Silvia, This would be dependent on your training and how you track this training, but we would recommend at leat 8 weeks. I should note that Cordyceps is a product that requires consistent use for best results

Will taking these capsules break a fast?
Hi there! This would depend on whether the fast is for religious reasons. If so, and if you'd need to take them with water or food to swallow, then yes it would break a fast. If fasting is a lifestyle choice and you're able to consume water whilst fasting than it wont break the fast. I should note that views on what breaks fast can differ, and our Cordyceps are classed as a food supplement
