Warm up, practice running drills followed by a session programmed by Coach Tommy Trees. Bag drop available.

19:10 - Briefing from the coaches

19:15 - Warm up

19:25 - Session start

20:00 - Session end

If you intend on running the 5km, no ticket needed but still meet inside the track with everyone for a warm up before splitting.
