If it's best to cycle off Ashwaganda every 3rd week, do you recommend doing the same with Unwind?: Hi Mary! We don't recommend this as necessary with Unwind given the reduced levels of Ashwagandha, only because it has no notable affect on the efficacy of Unwind. That being said, you certainly can do if this is your preferred method of supplementation
