At Puresport, we stand confidently behind the quality of our apparel, and to show our commitment to you, we offer a 1-Year Quality Guarantee on our apparel.
1. Scope of the Guarantee

1.1 Coverage:
  • Puresport guarantees that our apparel will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the delivery date, under normal usage conditions.
  • If any issue arises that doesn't meet our quality standards, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
1.2 Exclusions:
  • This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the apparel.
  • The guarantee is focused on manufacturing faults and does not cover damage incurred from everyday use, improper handling, or improper washing.
  • This guarantee does not apply to socks or caps.
2. Eligibility
 

2.1 Eligible Products:
  • This guarantee applies to all Puresport apparel purchased through our official website (puresport.co) and authorised retail partners.

 

2.2 Ineligible Products:
  • Products not purchased directly from puresport.co or authorised retail partners are not covered by this guarantee.
  • Socks and caps are not covered by this guarantee.

 

3. Claim Process
 

3.1 Initiating a Claim:
  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at contact@puresport.co, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

 

3.2 Evaluation:
  • Upon receipt of your claim, our customer service team will evaluate the issue and determine if it is covered under this guarantee. We will ask for you to send the item to us for further evaluation.

 

3.3 Resolution:
  • If our investigation confirmed that the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost to you, excluding the cost of postage for sending the garment to us. In cases where the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

 

3.4 Postage Costs:
  • The customer is responsible for the postage costs to send the garment to us for evaluation and repair or replacement. Puresport will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer.

 

4. General Conditions
 

4.1 Duration:
  • The 1-Year Quality Guarantee is valid for one year from the date of delivery of the apparel.

 

4.2 Limitations:
  • The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Puresport reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.

 

4.3 Product Care:
  • Proper care instructions as indicated on the apparel wash label must be followed regarding washing and drying. Failure to follow care instructions may void the guarantee.

 

4.4 Modification:
  • Puresport reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time, but any such change will not affect products already purchased under this guarantee.

 

4.5 Applicable Law:
  • This guarantee is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
